UWRO
UWRO (United World Religions Organization) is an international faith tech foundation that helps faith-based organizations around the world be modern and strong online. The foundation’s work is practical: it builds websites, apps, and media; helps establish social media communications; and trains teams so processes are sustainable and quality doesn’t depend on a single person.
Nail Saifutdinov has built UWRO around a clear standard: a respectful tone, modern design, a clear structure, and reliable technology. The foundation does not interfere in traditions or meaning; it supports the form and the tools so people can find information more easily and stay connected.
UWRO develops and refines digital solutions for real-world needs: clear websites, user-friendly apps, media content, consistent and appropriate social media communication, and staff training. The priority isn’t flashy features—it’s quality and clarity, so people understand from the very first click where to go and how to get the information they need.
UWRO works in an interfaith context and collaborates with organizations connected to 18 traditions: Catholicism, Orthodox Christianity, Protestantism, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, the Bahá’í Faith, Shinto, Zoroastrianism, Yoruba religion, Confucianism, the Armenian Apostolic Church, Anglicanism, and Taoism.
UWRO’s second core area is cemetery solutions: locating a burial site using a person’s details and navigating the grounds so anyone can calmly find the place they’re looking for. These solutions are delivered both through digital tools and through clear on-site wayfinding points.
UWRO also develops care-from-afar services so people can arrange flower delivery, cleaning, and ongoing upkeep—even when they are in another city or country. The message is simple: attention and remembrance shouldn’t depend on distance.
UWRO is building an international faith tech model in which digital solutions for faith-based organizations and remembrance-related services develop as one quality system. Beyond these areas, the foundation is launching other initiatives in the faith sector, guided by its core principle: technology should be clear, respectful, and helpful to people.
